Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VibeMetrics, an automated social media reporting service for freelancers and agencies. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

VibeMetrics connects to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you are authorized to manage, and automatically generates performance reports for your clients based on that data.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must only connect Facebook Pages/Instagram accounts you are genuinely authorized to manage.

3. Trial and billing

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial — no card required.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR) via Paystack.
• If a payment fails, we'll retry automatically and notify you; if it isn't resolved, report generation is paused until payment succeeds. No data is deleted while paused.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VibeMetrics to violate Meta's Platform Terms, misrepresent account ownership, attempt to access accounts you're not authorized to manage, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

5. Data and third parties

VibeMetrics relies on Meta's Graph API to retrieve metrics and on Paystack to process payments. Your use of the service is also subject to those providers' own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the data involved — see Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

VibeMetrics is provided "as is." We aim for accuracy in the metrics and summaries we generate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for decisions made based on report contents, or for data unavailability caused by changes to Meta's platform or API.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeMetrics' liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies. You may close your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled after closure.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
